Thea Queen (born January 21, 1995) is the daughter of Malcolm Merlyn, Moira Queen, stepdaughter of Robert Queen, maternal younger half sister of Oliver Queen and paternal younger half sister of Tommy Merlyn.

Thea was born on January 21, 1995 to Malcolm Merlyn and Moira Queen. Thea was skilled with a bow and arrow. She was one of the very few girls to be part of the Hitler Youth from 2009 to 2013. Her skills earned her the names Schnell (German for Speedy) and Rot Pfiel (German for Red Arrow). During her time, Thea was raped by Tommy Merlyn.
