Jeeves is an interactive artificial consciousness (A.I.) created by Danny Allen. He was hidden in the Quantum Fortress located in the Velocity Force. In order to manage his operating system, one needs the Velocity ring or the hologram table.

Personality

Jeeves is kind, caring, polite, well-mannered and respectful. He is willing to follow the orders of his allies, but his loyalty is only to Danny Allen. It appears that he has a sense of humor despite being an AI. This is shown on many different occasions. Jeeves is also sentimental as shown when he was crying at the possibility of Danny dying during the Crisis.

Functions

• Artificial intelligence: Jeeves has the ability to make moves and think himself for making decisions and thinking as much as a human. He also had the ability to control over the vast technology including the Waverider.
• Artificial telepathy: Jeeves is capable of monitoring the thoughts of anyone within close proximity to himself and is also able to communicate telepathically with Danny.
• Computer hacker: Jeeves is capable of breaking into any computer system to contact and communicate with various allies. He is able to hack into the any police or government computer. He is also more than able to bypass most firewalls with surprising speed and can send a distress call to alert them if Danny and/or himself are in danger, and need assistance.
• Emotions: Jeeves appears to have emotions as shown with his relationships with Danny Allen and allies.
• Temporal monitoring: Jeeves is able to scan and pinpoint inaccuracies in the timeline as well as detect aberrations, anachronisms and encores. He can also track a person's timeline.
• Vast knowledge: Jeeves has vast knowledge of various places, historian events, people and conditions from across multiverse including the existence of over 100 Earths. He is is shown to scan and diagnose patients and then administer treatments to them in the medical bay, as well as regenerated limbs. He is capable of measuring the speed of a user of the Speed Force. Being able to see Danny Allen's max speed and the speed levels of other speedsters and their traces of the Speed Force. He also has vast knowledge of the timeline through his temporal database, he has knowledge on virtually every past and future event, person and their impact to the timeline and as such accurately predict future changes to the timeline should the Danny interfere with it.

Weaknesses

• Severe timeline alterations: Although Jeeves is generally unaffected by and is able to detect timeline alterations, severe alterations, especially ones that have a lot to do with his own personal experience, can still affect him. Occasionally, severe alterations may not affect him completely, resulting in both timelines existing his system simultaneously, which can make him malfunction severely until all data regarding the old timeline is erased from his system.
