Jay Allen in secret known as The Flash was a member of the All-Star Squadron after Liberty Belle left that team. When the team disbanded he dated Joan and had a son Henry. After an unknown event he changed his name to Jay Garrick , married with Joan and joined The Justice Society of America.
He was the arch-nemesis of Edward Clarris I/The Rival.
