- Meta-Human Physiology: As the son of two powerful vibers, Harry possesses a naturally dark matter infused physiology which grants him a psychic link to the natural energies of reality, allowing him to connect with various vibrations of the multiverse and manipulate them for various effects. According to Gypsy, Harry's powers could be more potent than any Viber across the Multiverse.
- Portal Creation: He can generate voids to travel from one place to another including throughout the same universe, between universes, and across dimensions. Lena Luthor presumed that Harry may be able to open a breach into the Phantom Zone. Harry can even open portals in flashtime with much greater ease than Cisco.
- Energy Projection: He has the ability to fire lethal blasts and beams of blue-white vibrational energy. The intensity of which can cause fire, explosions, shatter a criminals nervous system, cut Barry Allen off from the Speed Force, and etc. He once used this to form a mini barrier of translucent blue power to block attacks.
- Dimensional Awareness: Known as "vibing", Harry could perceive various events throughout time and space, letting him see into the past and future as well as parallel dimensions, even into the very Speed Force, Sage Force, and Still force themselves.
- Empathy: Harry went to his father and confessed that he's started to vibe what other people are feeling on the inside. He also said it can be overwhelming at times.
- Mental Connection: As a viber, he has a natural connection to other individuals with his power set or atleast a similar set.

- Peak of human physical condition: Harry is in excellent shape, sporting a well-muscled build. He is resilient enough endure superspeed punches from Godspeed. His body is also well-conditioned to effectively dislocate joints and reattach them to slip through confines.
- Acrobatics/Free-running: He is capable of scaling buildings and running from rooftop to rooftop with ease. He is maneuverable and graceful, able to pursue and outrun a target in various types of terrains with no wasted motion or loss of time.
- Master hand-to-hand combatant/Martial artist: Harry is a formidable hand-to-hand combatant and martial artist. He can effectively change his battle tactics and attack patterns to suit the situation at a fast rate, allowing him to take on and defeat multiple combatants of advanced fighting prowess.
