Harrison "H.R." Wells is the former face of S.T.A.R. Labs on Earth Nineteen. However, he eventually was exposed for being a fraud of a scientist, and everything fell apart for him on his Earth. When his partner, Randolf Morgan, solved the cryptogram sent by Team Flash, H.R. was given an opportunity to come to Earth One to write a novel on his adventures, "The Tales of H.R. Wells". To disguise himself on Earth One, so as not to be confused with the "Evil Wells", HR took on the likeness of his partner, dubbing himself "H.R. Randolf". He was probably killed by Savitar by taking Iris's place to prevent the terrible future from being real.
