Eddie Thawne is the best friend of Barry Allen.
Biography[]
When Eddie Thawne was very young, his mother was killed by Danny Brickwell. Eddie was best friends with Barry Allen. They hung out at Barry's house more often than Eddie and Eddie saw Henry Allen as more of a father than his own dad. When Barry was presumed dead, Iris West had an affair with Eddie.
Hong Kong[]
When Barry attempted to send out an email, it set off an account alert which lead to Eddie travelling to Hong Kong to find him. Wade Eiling ordered for Eddie to be executed. Barry and Maseo Yamashiro were able to fool Eddie into believing it was a kidnapper and that Barry was indeed dead.
