Dr. Clark Wayne is the superhero known as Doctor Atom and vigilante from Earth-33 who found his way to Earth-Prime after the crisis, but eventually return back to his Earth.

Powers and Abilities

Powers

  • Meta-human physiology: Originally thought to be an alien, Clark is in fact a meta-human whose possesses the power of reality warping.
    • Multiversal awareness/Omniscient awareness: Claiming to be aware of everything, Clark has indeed shown to have in-depth knowledge of various places and people from across the multiverse. Despite coming from Earth-33, he was aware of the existence of Earth-Prime, Earth-V1, Earth-1, Earth-2, Earth-3, Earth-38, Earth-TUD5 and Flashpoint, along with detailed knowledge of the secret identities and personal lives of Barry Allen as the Flash, Danny Allen as Velocity, Jay Garrick as the Flash, Kara Danvers as Supergirl and Jefferson Pierce as Black Lightning.
      • Precognition: Due to his ability to see the past, present, and future simultaneously, Clark is able to look into the future of his own timeline, or any timeline he wishes.
      • Retrocognition: Due to his ability to see the past, present, and future simultaneously, Clark can see past timelines that were erased or altered.
    • Reality manipulation: Clark has shown incredible powers that seem to warp reality itself. These powers appear to have no limit in scale, with him frequently being referred to as "all-powerful". These powers include, but are not limited to:
      • Conjuration: Clark can create objects or sentient creatures at a whim.
      • Extended longevity: Naturally, Clark's aging processes becomes extremely diluted compared to humans, allowing him to maintain his youth far longer than a normal human and by extension live equally longer. Despite being middle-aged by human standards, Clark is noted to still look as he did in high school. He also retains the vitality and conditioning of a man in his prime. While empowered, Clark's longevity is incalculable, potentially even endless.
      • Invulnerability: While soft to the touch, the densest of Earth's matter can shatter when struck upon his body while leaving him unscathed and painless. His resilience also makes him virtually impervious to most harmful elements like crushing weights, energy attacks, and extreme temperatures.
      • Mimicry: Clark is able to copy the powers of other people, since he copied Superman's and the Flash's.
        • Electrokinesis: Clark can generate kinetic energy, that appeared as a trail of blue lightning behind him when he ran.
        • Flight: Clark can propel himself into the air using his flight abilities.
        • Freeze breath: Clark can cause the temperature of his breath to drop, therefore able to freeze nearly anything.
        • Heat vision: Clark can fire powerful blasts of energy from his eyes.
        • Superhuman speed: Clark can use the Flash's speed as his own, giving him two ways to achieve superspeed.
      • Self-sustenance: Clark's physical needs are greatly reduced, if not completely removed, as he does not need nutrients or sleep beyond personal enjoyment. Even without training and regardless of what unhealthy food he ingests, his physique remains powerful and at peek performance. This extends to him being able to survive in harsh environments such as outer space and underwater; able to withstand the conditions unprotected or need of oxygen.
      • Shapeshifting: Clark is capable of changing his appearance at will.
      • Super strength: Clark is strong than a solar-powered Kryptonian.
      • Telekinesis: Clark can move objects with his mind. He can also use this ability to cause a person's head to forcefully explode.
      • Teleportation: Clark can teleport himself and/or others across vast distances. He also teleport to other Earths and dimensions.
      • Time travel: Clark is capable of traveling throughout the time at will. He can also pull others through time along with him. By altering the outcomes of certain events while travelling throughout time, Clark can create new timelines that splinter reality in both past and future.

Abilities

  • Genius-level intellect/Great business acumen/Expert tactician/Leader: Clark is an extraordinarily intelligent individual and an expert tactician, as he is able to fight against crime in Metroburg for years with tremendous efficiency, all without exposing his real activities to the public or his remaining living family members. During his missions, he can think fast and seamlessly calculate the variables of every situation in his head to predict the results of his actions and quickly react as he sees fit with tremendous efficiency. Clark's tactical abilities are so thorough that he planned contingencies for his contingencies should his plans go awry. He is also an exceptional businessman and leader, as he is able to successfully run and oversee Wayne Foundation's daily activities for years, effectively acting as it's director and maintain it's status as a multi-billion dollar corporation despite his heroism, without any perceivable difficulty.
    • Eidetic memory: Clark can remember and instantly recall everything that he has ever experienced, encountered or learned in his lifetime without being overwhelmed or a pause for thought. He needs only to read, hear or see something once and he would never forget it. His mind works in the same way as a computer with unlimited storage and analytical capacity.
    • Computer specialist/Computer hacker: Clark is a capable computer hacker; he can easily hack into the police and government computers, while bypass most firewalls with surprising speed.
    • Expert investigator/Forensics: Clark is highly skilled in forensics and can effectively searching for information and follow clues from a single glance of the crime scene, he can quickly determine much of the events that transpired. He can quickly analyze any given data and quickly form accurate theories on the given situation. He is also able to analyze environments and predict every inch of it.
    • Master of deception/Manipulator: Clark can be deceiving and a grand manipulator, often utilising his choice of words to persuade others into a decision of his choosing, or devising an unscrupulous scheme to defeat his adversaries. He has a tendency to play the long game in his schemes, preferring to keep his plans subtle and "behind the scenes". When his plans went awry, or an unexpected element developed, he is efficient at improvising around it.
  • Master hand-to-hand combatant/Martial artist: Clark is proven to be a highly skilled fighter. His combat skills are great enough to be able not only to fight on par against other very physically powerful experts, but also to defeat them single-handedly. He is able to effectively use his opponent's own momentum against them. His combat skills can even be still effectively used while he was in a physically or mentally weakened state. Even while depowered, Clark remains a strong combatant, able to singlehandedly defeat a squadron of trained US soldiers.
  • Indomitable will/High tolerance for pain: A driven and determined person, Clark fearless and almost never gives up under most situations. Likewise, despite rarely feeling the sensation thanks to his powers, Clark has proven to possess an incredible tolerance for pain.
  • Expert driver: Clark is skillfully able to drive multiple vehicles such as cars and motorcycles.
  • Intimidation: Clark has on many occasions frightened people into giving him information he wants, and sometimes resorts to threatening people with his heat vision.

Equipment

Current equipment

  • Phone: Clark's phone is directly connected to the Atomcomputer, allowing him to access or send information to his network when required. He can also scramble the phone line, preventing him from being identified whilst communicating to others as "Doctor Atom." Clark can also use his phone to hack devices, either to gather information, monitor targets or other situational requirements. The phone is also EMP hardened, meaning that it wouldn't be affected by electronic interference.
  • Doctor Atom suit: Clark wears a protective suit as his super-hero alter-ego, Doctor Atom, to hide his identity from his enemies, when he goes out fighting crime.

Former equipment

  • Items in the Quantum Fortress: Over the course of Clark's many adventures, he had recovered several artifacts mainly, which he kept stored into the Quantum Fortress. Many of them are dangerous and he maintain them locked up inside it, while other he used for his heroic deeds to provide help to him or his allies.
