Cisco Ramon is a mechanical engineer at S.T.A.R. Labs and a member of Team Flash and the Justice League. After gaining the metahuman ability to see through vibrations and manipulate the vibrational energy or reality, he took the codename Vibe.

Cisco appears in Wally West's dream world created by Doctor Destiny where everything and everyone is motionless but Wally. Wally races around the dream world, trying to find a way out, to no avail. He runs to S.T.A.R. Labs in an attempt to get help from his friends. As he enters S.T.A.R. Labs Wally finds Cisco and his sister Iris, albeit motionless. He tries to get their attention, but nothing works as the two continue to stand still. Wally falls to his knees, not knowing what to do.
In the real world, Barry Allen rushes into S.T.A.R. Labs with Wally's unconscious body in his arms, calling out for help. Iris rushes in and screams in shock to find Barry holding Wally's unconscious body. Cisco and Caitlin follow Iris in and are also shocked, as Caitlin attempts to remain calm and orders Barry to put Wally down in one of the chairs so she can operate on him. Barry quickly puts Wally down as Cisco and Caitlin get to work. Iris, who has somewhat calmed down at this point, demands to know what happened. Barry explains they went to the bank to stop the robbery and found John Dee, the same man who killed his wife Penny the night before. Cisco rushes to the nearest computer to do research on John Dee as Barry continues to explain what happened. Caitlin tells Barry, Iris and Cisco that Wally seems to be in a comatose state, noting that everything is okay other than the fact that he won't wake up.
